  I cannot thank this wonderful lady enough. I have struggled for going on 10 years now with a bad back, which I have spent a fortune on trying to "fix" through one method or another. It was by chance that through running I'd hurt my shin (posterior shin splint), and I was recommended Bridge Physiotherapy through a running group. Well I am amazed! within the first session we had gone through my entire history to 'paint the picture' and I was given some exercises to try daily at home. I was determined for this to fix my leg so I could go running again. Within days I noticed there was no pain in my shin. I continued the exercises as I was advised that the reason my shin went was through weak hip muscles so I wanted to strengthen them up. I went to my second appointment 2 weeks later, I didn't feel the difference as i had been doing the exercises daily, but Lindsey pointed the difference out to me and my gosh could we see a difference. We said we should have taken photos/videos to really see the difference. We tried some different exercises to see where my hip strength was up to and it was like a breakthrough. I could feel I was using muscles I have never used before. No wonder I've been struggling with various problems with joints and muscles over the years. Its easy for me to sit here and harp on about how much the 2 appointments with Lindsey has helped me, the main thing to take away from this review was that I was able to bend down and touch my toes for the first time EVER! I felt like I could have cried. The proof will be in the pudding I guess, which, with my determination and Lindsey's amazing advice and support, I know ill get there soon. Thanks again so much :)
